Application for WhatsApp

The integration we have developed for WhatsApp significantly improves HubSpot's current functionalities.

Our solution allows you to automatically create contacts and associate them directly with conversations in your inbox. In addition, it sends an automatic response message to the contact, thus optimizing the efficiency and management of communications.

Contact rotation application

The application we developed to rotate contacts in HubSpot (without the need for sales pro) allows you to randomly distribute contacts between different teams, whether they are primary or secondary. Additionally, the app includes specific restrictions, such as "user does not belong to this primary team", "user does not belong to this secondary team", and "user must be this", ensuring efficient and personalized rotation based on the needs of your organization. Likewise, it allows you to assign contacts according to a desired percentage, for example 15% for team A and 75% for team B.

SAP and other ERPs

In our integration with SAP we implement synchronization between the different HubSpot objects (Contacts, Companies, Businesses, etc.) and SAP entities (Business Partners, Orders, Quotes, etc.).

Our solution allows the real-time generation of Business Partners in SAP, triggered by actions performed in HubSpot. Additionally, it allows the creation of Orders and Quotes in SAP, initiated directly from HubSpot.

We also offer product inventory synchronization between SAP and HubSpot, ensuring that information is always up-to-date on both platforms.

Integration with DocuSign and Stripe

The application we developed for DocuSign is hybrid, integrating DocuSign, Stripe and HubSpot. This solution allows you to obtain the payments made and associate them with the “envelopes” sent from HubSpot. Our app automatically detects all DocuSign envelopes whose templates include a “Stripe payment item,” and extracts the amount, receipt, date, and other details of the payment recorded in Stripe, storing them in a HubSpot Business.
